Busy executive women don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen, but if we're entertaining, it's nice to offer something homemade - which also helps us keep health in mind. Join ECCC members for a cooking class at the U of I's Activities and Rec Center on Tuesday, May 21. We'll learn to make some easy, healthy appetizers.

Cost will be $10.00. Please register by May 14 (and please cancel by that date if you can't make it).
